D1: Relatively harmless to people.
Small wind slab off the skiers left wall in the trap dike, little bit above the upper choke point in a mellower angle section Triggered from above at a distance, only slid off the wall to the middle of the gully ~ 10-15 yards. Slab ranged from a few inches to 10-12in thick
Observation Details
Variable snow on the slide, wind crust mixed with soft pockets, some minor sluffing in the trap dike. Small wind lab released off skier left wall, triggered from a bit above it
