Observation Details
Cloudy with light snow all day, strong westerly wind gusts. 165cm total snow depth at 4300' near the top of the drainage. Perhaps 4-6" of new snow since rain, sitting on top of a 0.75" rain crust. New snow depths varied considerably across terrain due to drifting. Needs more snow.
