Observation Details
35cm snow pack measured at base of slide. Icy and faceted base (3cm), firm 2 finger pack to 25 where a second crust was, soft snow above that. Snow pack seemed solid and cohesive, but once isolated was very unstable. CT 3 and ECT 13, both released at the base faceted layers. The released slab didn’t slide super easy, but easy enough.
